Ar-Raʾūf - The Most Compassionate

Ar-Raʾūf is the One who has pity (on others), and pity is the intensification of mercy. Therefore it has the same meaning as Ar-Raḥīm, though in an intensified form, and the discussion of Ar-Raḥīm has already been presented.
